Practices: Practices begin on August 1, 2008.  Practice days and times will be determined by the coaching staff.  The number of practices per week ranges from 3-5 and time length from 2-2½ hours.  Once school begins, the number of practices will be reduced.  The locations of practices are the Chatham Fairgrounds and the Ghent Town Park.  Parents are urged to stay at practice in case of foul weather (heat, lightning, extreme cold, snow, or rain).

Games: Regular season games begin in September.  MM, JP, PW all play 8 regular season games.  Flag plays 6 games.  All home games will be played at Chatham High School.  Games may be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday.  The regular season goes into November; however, should teams perform well, there are additional playoff games following the regular season.

Fundraising: We are a nonprofit organization so fund raising is critical to cover our many expenses.  We do fund raisers throughout the year.  Other events will be held during the season.  We do not make these fund raisers mandatory, but we urge everyone to participate as much as they can.  Remember we do all of this to buy necessary equipment and to curtail sign up fees.

We have had great success with both football and cheerleading teams, and we expect a strong commitment from both parents and children who participate.  This has been a fun and rewarding experience for our kids for the last 8 years.  Please help it continue.

For further information, call Dan Howes (Vice President) @ 392-7615 or Tom Mackerer (392-5027).
